Dr. D Tyler Brown is a seasoned consultant, strategist, and ministry leader with more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits and two decades of nonprofit and ministry leadership. She is the founder of D Tyler Brown Enterprises and Nonprofit Consultant LLC and serves as a leader with the International Women’s Alliance Ministries (IWAM), an international network committed to empowering women in ministry, entrepreneurship, leadership, and community transformation.

Notice: All filing fees to be paid to the Secretary of State, and the Internal Revenue Service user fees are to be paid by client. Secretary of State filing fees for the articles of incorporation to receive the certificate of formation are from $25 and up depending on the state where your nonprofit is located; while the user fees paid to the Internal Revenue Service for online submission of Form 1023EZ or Form 1023 are $275 and $600, respectively.
